The recall was triggered after testing revealed that a specific batch of Novo-Gesic Forte 500 mg Acetaminophen tablets may contain traces of phenolic resin or epoxy compounds. Ingesting these hard, insoluble foreign materials poses serious health risks, including severe digestive tract irritation
